HSP West is a networking group comprised of professionals from all walks of life who work in the West Valley. Members provide each other with business referrals, personal and professional support, and a means of interacting with peers who truly understand the unique stresses and challenges of working with seniors in our community. Membership Renewal

If You Have Already Renewed for 2010 - THANK YOU!

If you have NOT, you may Renew any ONE of these three ways:

1) Click HERE for a printable application in PDF format, fill out the application, then mail it along with your membership dues to the address on the bottom of the form

2) Bring your filled out Membership Application along with a Check or Cash to the next meeting and turn it in there

3) Give your filled out Membership Application along with a Check to one of the Board Members

Not a member yet, it's not to late. You can join any time of the year. We look forward to seeing you all at the next meeting.
